We invite you to register for our upcoming virtual LEAD™ training Know Your Organizational Rights When Dealing with ICE, taking place on March 25, 2026, from 1:00 – 2:30 PM.

Presented in partnership with Public Counsel, this training will provide practical guidance for organizations on:

• Rights and responsibilities when interacting with immigration agents

• Developing policies to address immigration agent interactions

• Tips for navigating raids and assisting your staff or partners should they be detained

We will also learn from leaders of community-based response efforts and hear about their on-the-ground experience supporting impacted families. We will be joined by:  

• Ramla Sahid, Founder and Executive Director of Partnership for the Advancement of New Americans (PANA)

• Wintana Melekin, Founder of Groundwork Institute  

Due to the sensitive nature of this training, the session will not be recorded, and slides will not be distributed. We are committed to creating a space where participants can engage candidly and ask questions freely.
